The Zendesk Customer Experience Trends Report is an annual report on the top trends in the customer experience industry. Zendesk analysed the trends from Zendesk Benchmark, a data index of customer service and support interactions from over 45,000 Zendesk customers across 140 countries.
In this year’s report, they also enriched the data with survey feedback from thousands of agents, CX managers and sales leaders across the globe. Their input helped outline our 2020 best practices for providing world-class customer service.
